Open Position: Our PTA is looking for a new Corporate Sponsorship Chair for the 2026-27 school year! This exciting position involves reaching out to local businesses to secure corporate sponsors that support our school, our teachers, and all the wonderful activities your students do at AOE!

Panda rehoming benefits the World Wildlife Fund, Agua Hedionda Lagoon Foundation, and Lions, Tigers, and Bears.

You're invited to the AOE Open House! Join us on Thursday, May 28, from 5-6 PM to celebrate a fantastic year of learning and growth! Come visit your students’ classroom and see all the amazing work they've accomplished throughout the school year.

5th Grade Promotion 

5th grade families! Please be sure to mark your calendars for the following 5th Grade Promotion Week Activities:

• Monday, June 1: Alga Norte Pool Day
• Tuesday, June 2: Rehearsal, Brunch and Slideshow
• Wednesday, June 3: 5th Grade Promotion, 9am, AOMS Auditorium
• Thursday, June 4: Field Day / Last Day of School

Promotion Day seating tickets will come home with students on Friday, May 29.

In order to serve each family equitably, we will have two sections of seating: reserved and non-reserved. In the reserved section, each family will receive four seats per student and the non-reserved section will allow for additional family and friends to enjoy the ceremony.
