Log your Volunteer Hours
Helping the PTA keep track of your volunteer hours allows the school district to know how much AOE parents give to our district and maintain the PTA's 501(c)3 status with the IRS.
You should always be signed in and out of the office BLUE SHEETS when on Campus AND wear a Name Badge. Don't worry about logging these hours, we have already counted them.
Please log your volunteers hours for:

- PTA
- Classroom Hours @home
- At another School (AOMS or HS)
- For the Carlsbad Ed Foundation
- Shopping for Supplies

- Off Campus
- At an Event
- On the Phone discussing PTA
- ANYTIME you are Volunteering YOUR Time

The PTA/PTSAs track all volunteering hours for the school district together.
If you are a PTA member OR NOT, please let us know how much time you give.
