Spring Book Fair

Welcome to the jungle! Get ready for a roaring good time at our Spring 2026 Scholastic Book Fair Monday, March 30–Thursday, April 2, open daily from 9:30am–2:30pm. Class previews will be held on Thursday, March 26 and Friday, March 27.

We need lots of safari guides to make the book fair possible! Volunteers are needed for setup, cleanup, cashiers, games, and class previews. All volunteers will receive a gift certificate to the book fair. Click here to sign up for a shift or two.

Just a reminder, students are expected to have classroom behavior at the book fair. Any issues will be handled by administration. Please discuss with your student(s) the importance of paying for all merchandise before leaving the auditorium and having respect for parent volunteers.

All book fair sales support the Aviara Oaks Elementary Library.

Yearbook Dedications and Shoutouts 

5th Grade Dedications and Shoutouts (K-4th grade) are available for purchase! Dedications are $20 and Shoutouts are $10. Additionally, upload Dedication (5th grade only) photos using this form. The deadline is Wednesday, April 15, 2026.

Parents Night Out

AOE Parents...grab your bell bottoms and flower crowns—it’s time to groove! 

Join us for a Woodstock-inspired adult gathering at Fox Point Farms on Friday, May 8, 2026 from 5:45–9:45 PM. Enjoy an evening of dinner, dancing, and live music from the late ’60s and early ’70s. Bohemian and hippie-inspired attire is highly encouraged, so come dressed in your grooviest look, bring your peace and love energy, and come ready to boogie with friends under the stars — it’s going to be outta sight!

Yearbook Photo Submission Guidelines

We’d love your help creating a yearbook that reflects our entire school community. Please follow the guidelines below when submitting photos:

✅ High-quality photos only

Clear, well-lit images work best. Please avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered photos.

✅ Group photos preferred

Photos with multiple students are encouraged whenever possible. Images where children are looking at the camera are ideal.

✅ Choose your best photos

Please do not upload multiple versions of the same photo. Select 1–2 favorites per moment or event.

✅ Upload to the correct folder

Be sure photos are added to the appropriate class, grade, or event folder in Google Drive.

✅ Help us represent everyone

We aim to include as many students as possible. Please be mindful to submit photos that show a variety of children—not just the same few faces.

✅ Candid school moments welcome

Classroom activities, field trips, performances, assemblies, spirit days, and school events are all great submissions.
