General Association Meeting

Mark your calendars, our next General Association Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday March 26, 2025 at 8:45am via Zoom. This is the Election Meeting where we vote in our new slate of officers for the 2025-2026 school year. We will also be voting to approve our updated bylaws, so we hope you can join us!

Also, please take a minute to make sure you are a member of the PTA Association. In order to be an active participant in our PTA, each person must join the PTA Association annually. You need to be an active member in order to attend the meeting (or any other meeting until the dues are paid). THIS IS SUPER IMPORTANT!!  Here is the link to join.- Log in, click on PTA Membership, then Join the PTA.

Spring Fair + Family Fun Night

Get ready to explore an ocean of books at the Scholastic Spring Book Fair! The fun begins at Family Fun Night on Thursday, March 27, 2025, from 4-6pm.

The Under the Sea Book Fair will be open: Friday, March 28, 11:15am-2:30pm and Monday, March 31 through Thursday, April 3, 9:30am-2:30pm, in the AOE Auditorium.

Interested in volunteering at the book fair? We need help with set up, cashiering and more. Use this link to sign up for a shift. 

All book fair sales support the Aviara Oaks Elementary Library.

Musical Production of High School Musical Jr

Rehearsals with the entire cast continue every Tuesday and Thursday, after school until 4pm, in the AOE Auditorium.Remember to wear your musical t-shirts to school every Thursday for Musical Spirit Thursdays!

A Night on the Ranch

Saddle up and mark your calendars! Join us for a Night on the Ranch -- a gathering for the adults of AOE. Dust off your boots and save the date -- you won't want to miss this ranch-style fun.

Wait Until 8th

Have you heard of Wait Until 8th? This is a pledge that parents can take to delay buying their children a smartphone until the end of 8th grade. Scan the QR code or use this link for helpful resources about kids and technology, and to learn more about the pledge.
